the breakfast service offered a good start to each day! staff members were consistently helpful and offered recommendations for nearby dining. the location allowed for easy access to key attractions, i found it very convenient. a brief walk led me directly to the trevi fountain.

The elevator was small. It was difficult to manage with luggage.

Amazing Location and Super Clean Rooms!

Breakfast was not booked, though the location is excellent. The hotel is located in the very heart. It is near the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and the Colosseum. The fast wifi was convenient!

The room I was staying in smelled just a little stale. I think that the heavy drapes and blankets need frequent cleaning. I noticed a slight unpleasant smell.

The bedrooms included refreshed bedding, shampoo and clean towels daily, so lovely. The hot shower had solid water pressure and updated bathrooms added real value. I loved this clean, updated space!

The reception staff members were very friendly and helpful. They provided great service. I found the staff to be lovely, especially the waitress and waiter in the breakfast room. They were great. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating!

The hotel is close to Spagna, Trevi, and the Pantheon. just five minutes to the metro station. A local grocery shop is across the street, so shopping like an Italian was easy. The air conditioning kept the room cool!
